LaVanzia earned both her Bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees in Nursing from Walden University, graduating summa cum laude in both programs. With over eighteen years of experience in the medical field, she has spent the past twelve years working as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse. Additionally, for the last five years, she has served as a Family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in Women’s Reproductive Health, Family Medicine, and Gender Affirming Hormone Therapy. LaVanzia is deeply passionate about women’s rights and reproductive health.

Delita Ashton
Delita is the Business and Operations Manager here at PURE Beauty & Wellness MediSpa. She oversees daily operations, enhances client experiences, and drives business growth. She also maintains PURE’s user-friendly and visually appealing website, ensuring clients have easy access to services and promotions.

Delita holds a Bachelor of Science in Training and Development with a minor in Marketing from Old Dominion University, a MBA from Averett University, a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology at Full Sail University, and certifications in SAP ERP Integration, PMP, and Agile.

​Outside of work, Delita enjoys music, traveling, lifelong learning, and cherishing time with her family, especially in her favorite role—being a mother.

Qe'Yarah Jones
Qe'Yarah is a high school junior and a Honor Roll student. She’s also a member of the Varsity Girls’ Basketball team. In her free time, she enjoys vlogging, exploring local restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.

Her journey as an entrepreneur began at the age of 12 when she started creating lip products, and by 13, she launched her own lip products business. Today, she specializes in crafting lip oils, lip glosses, and lip scrubs. Her talent and creativity are sure to shine through in our PURE KISSES line.
