PCDC Vs Kybella
PCDC & Kybella™ are both used in cosmetic procedures to reduce localized fat deposits, but they differ in their composition.
PCDC, also known as PC/DC, is a compound consisting of phosphatidylcholine and deoxycholate. It is commonly used in mesotherapy treatments to target and break down fat cells in specific areas of the body.
Kybella, on the other hand, is a brand name for an injectable medication that contains synthetic deoxycholic acid. It's most popular use is to target submental fat, commonly known as a "double chin," by destroying fat cells in the area under the chin and improving the contour of the jawline. It is also used to dissolve fat in other areas of the body.

PCDC Recovery
Some stinging, bruising and swelling is common after PCDC treatments. We advise patients to wait a few days before returning to the gym, as strenuous activity can prolong swelling and increase bruising. Because PCDC is a non-invasive procedure, swelling at the injection site lasts as short as 4-7 days, but as long as 4 weeks.
